~Unexpected Downpours and a Historic Triumph for the Filipinas!~
Good morning, everyone! Reporting to you live from Legazpi City, Philippines.
Today’s weather forecast called for "LIGHT RAINS" with a high of 31°C. However, reality had other plans—around 7:00 AM, we were hit by a massive downpour (literally buckets!), and we are currently experiencing a power outage.
I’m writing this blog while running on a generator. It’s funny how unpredictable the weather forecasts here in the Philippines can be! Yesterday was supposed to be "light rain in the morning and clear in the afternoon," but it was the exact opposite: a beautiful sunny morning followed by heavy rain in the afternoon. Let’s hope today defies the forecast and clears up soon!
🇵🇭 Yesterday’s Big News: "Filipinas" Win SEA Games Gold!
We received some incredible news that brightened up the gloomy skies. At the South East Asian Games (SEA Games 2025) currently held in Thailand, the Philippine Women’s National Football Team—the Filipinas—defeated their long-time rivals Vietnam to secure their first-ever gold medal in tournament history!
Having been blocked by the "Vietnam wall" for so many years, this historic achievement has the entire country celebrating. We hope to bring this same winning energy to the golf course!
