Good morning! This morning in Legazpi, the sky is overcast and there's occasional rain. The photo shows Mount Mayon as seen from Puro this morning. The typhoon has just passed, and the Puro area was without power until just now.

The typhoon appears to have hit Masbate Island, located south of the Bicol region, directly, causing considerable damage. Our condolences and sympathies go out to all those affected.
